Compiling, processing and merging archive dataFor over twenty years GETECH has compiled, processed, merged and archived gravity and magnetic surveys from all countries of the world. Continental-scale datasets have been generated by digitising old contour maps, re-levelling line data using micro-levelling techniques and linking vintage and modern datasets.
These regional datasets provide unique insights into the tectonic structure and evolution of continents and their margins.

As the first stage in an interpretation work flow, a suite of G&M data derivatives are created to better visualise and understand the data. These are generated using GEOSOFT algorithms and programmes, and our own GETgrid software.

We provide a corporate solution to manage potential field data using our in-house Oracle based Data Management system known as GETdbase. The underlying Data Model has been constructed with input from experienced geophysicists and exploration managers. It includes innovative methods for rapid access to spatially organised data. Additional quality control tools help to maintain data integrity.
